How we work

Manned guarding, in detail

GSS backs the quality of its service with genuine field officers — trained, disciplined and able to combine tact with vigilance. Beyond the guard on post, a complete service wraps around the contract.

24-hour joint inspection

Continuous intervention-and-control supervision, with a minimum of one day patrol and one night patrol on every site.

A dedicated point of contact

Follow-up from an inspector and the company manager whenever an issue arises or for general oversight of the contract, reachable 24 hours a day.

Ongoing expertise and advice

Continuous recommendations on the measures needed to mitigate the potential risks identified across your sites.

Evacuation planning

The capability to design and execute an evacuation plan in the event of a major crisis.

Security intelligence

On request, information and alerts on the security situation in the DRC — particularly in Haut-Katanga — delivered through weekly incident reports.

Training and refreshers

Permanent, regular training that keeps our officers' operational capability at its highest level.

Dedicated project manager

The nature and specificity of a contract may call for a project manager assigned to day-to-day oversight and management, with the appropriate resources placed at their disposal.

Our inspections

Management's eye on the ground

The role of inspection is to monitor service delivery and enforce discipline and standing orders at every post.

Our inspector profile

Their role on your sites
